In this section we describe the modalities for site management regarding handling of personal data collected from the user.
Data will be collected and handled according to Recommendation number 2/2001, adopted on May 17, 2001 by the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, in order to identify common minimum requirements for on-line collection of personal data within the European Union. Also, this Recommendation supplies added information on the subject, according to Article 13 of Law Decree dated June 30, 2003, number 196 – Codex, in the matter of personal data protection.

All personal data received through the contact forms on the website svevabellucci are the following: name and surname ; telephone number ( if provided ) ; email address.
2) Purposes
All personal data received will be used for the following purposes: to establish a communication request by the user to be able to fully enjoy the services offered by our activities; sending future business proposals related to our business; carrying out market research and statistical purposes relating to our business. The data collected will be stored in digital form in the archives of the company in charge of conservation and treatment.
3) Responsible for the processing of personal data
Personal data received will be stored and processed by Sveva Bellucci.
All personal data received will not be disclosed to third parties not belonging to the abovementioned parties.

6) Conclusion
The personal data collected will be processed and stored in the manner prescribed by Italian law and precisely according to the Decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196 (and subsequent updates).
